Mill Road Fishery

Mill Road, Stokesby, NR29 3EY, Norfolk, United Kingdom

Mill Road Fishery, in the community of Stokesby, is a members-only coarse fishery. It's just 8 miles from Great Yarmouth and Caister on the coast, and only 15 miles from Norwich. Despite its location in the middle of the Broads, with all of its wonderful fishing, this fishery provides day ticket anglers fantastic carp and tench fishing in tranquil, boat-free surroundings. They are dedicated to preserving the quality of the fish resource as well as the environment. The fishery does not host tournaments or matches, and the use of keepnets is never permitted. In 2005, the lake was first supplied. Many of the carp are scaly and beautiful. In the previous two years, they've grown and even spawned, and the lake might be classified as densely stocked. There are documented fish weighing up to 19 pounds and more fish in the double digits, and they are constantly increasing. A big proportion of Tench are likewise gaining weight month after month. There is also a Rudd and Roach head to give something for everyone, with a focus on providing excellent sport to the youth.
